I received my law degree, with an emphasis on transactional and real property courses, from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University, in 1996. Prior to law school, I received an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Richmond in 1993. I was admitted to the Florida Bar and Georgia Bar in 1996.
Since 1996, I have been in private, solo firm practice, focusing almost exclusively on real property and small business matters, and I have performed thousands of real property closings. Also, I have a Florida Real Estate Broker License and a Florida Mortgage Broker License which allows me to assist people in other ways than a traditional law firm.
I am admitted to practice in all state courts for Florida and Georgia, and also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, National Association of Consumer Attorneys, as well as an Agent for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
